Rob and Pam Orr took over management and ownership in 1987 and both are actively involved in the business and the community. The third generation is now active in the company with Randi in Residential Property Management and Michael active in Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing. The Company has grown and expanded through the years adding a full service Residential Management Division in 1988. In 1990, Orr & Associates started its Commercial Division of the company and began the Commercial Management Division in 1995. Orr & Associates has 8 full time Licensed Realtors with an average of almost 15 years experience. The family has a long tradition of leadership in the community, and of giving quality service to the consumer. Orr & Associates specializes in residential, commercial, farm and ranch real estate and a full service Property Management Division in both Johnson and Tarrant counties.
